“LA SPIAGGIA” is situated in front of the lake in Oliveto Lario, a village along the coast road leading from Lecco to Bellagio., 15 minutes from the two towns.

Surrounded by a large garden with fenced pool 4x8, the house – 18 sleeping – covers three terraced levels, each with indipendent entrance: mezzanino, 1st floor and attic.

At the 1st floor, a wide dining/living room opens on a panoramic veranda with table and chairs.

Across the road, the house has a private sun-terrace equipped with sun-beds and sun-shades, with direct access to the beach and to the lake.
